This session shares the main results from the Travel for Transition project that has started in February 2016. A group of travelers and volunteers visited various WWOOF, Workaway, HelpX projects and other intentional communities to document map their practices. The main objectives of the project were the documentation of personal transitions of the volunteers as well as channelising the diffusion of those grassroots initiatives in popular mainstream media, such as Wikipedia or Google Maps.

In this session, the efficacy of the applied diffusion strategies are being discussed as well as the highlights of the visited projects being presented.
