The speakers Rivka Saltiel, a researcher at the University of Graz, Coline Chardon, a researcher at the University of Freiburg , and Xabier Lertxundi, mayor of Hernani (Basque country) will present their perspectives on local care politics in Graz, Grenoble, and Hernani.
