Valentin Thurn ist Regisseur. 2011 kam sein Film "Taste the Waste" in die Kinos und er gründete die Selbstorganisations-Plattform "Foodsharing" mit, auf der überschüssige Nahrungsmittel an andere weiter gegeben werden können.
