Venice 2012

The third International Degrowth Conference for Ecological Sustainability and Social Equity took place in Venice in September 2012. About 1000 participants from about 40 countries took part in the conference, many of them belonging to the international degrowth community but also many others who where just getting familiar with the topic joint the event. The conference combined academic sessions, panels, practical and discussion workshops.
