How to reinforced links rather than to create goods in a world entered the digital era, devoured by the consumerism and the individualism? In this decreasing dynamics beyond the short-term political expectations, this article aims at proposing lines of thought around three crucial themes: the Education connected to the Digital technology and the urban planning.
