Rule of Law; Law of Time; Transdisciplinarity; Planetary Citizenship

Abstract: The rule of law is in decline. Even though it is obvious that the end state model, it is still difficult for humans to perceive and accept it. However, a new way of life based on simple principles like peace, culture, respect for others, through the law of time, already exists in the present day and in many places on this planet. This work is the result of research and experience with people and communities who use the Law of Time in your day by day. The research objective is to demonstrate a new way of living is possible, necessary and essential to continue the human race inhabiting the planet earth. For this purpose, we used the method of systemic approach and the method of field research procedure.
