In den beiden Teilen dieses Beitrags sollen derartige Annahmen hinterfragt werden: Zunächst werden entwicklungskritische Positionen vorgestellt, die das westliche Wohlstandsmodell nicht übernehmen wollen; im nächsten Schritt werden diese Beiträge auf ihre Relevanz für die europäische Postwachstumsbewegung und die hiesige Wachstumsdebatte untersucht.
